This protective film can isolate water, air and salt fog in the sea, and destroy the conditions of corrosion, so as to achieve the purpose of preventing rust. Antirust wax is prepared by using solvent, special synthetic wax, antirust agent and other raw materials through special processing technology. According to different solvents, it can be divided into oil-soluble antirust wax and water-soluble antirust wax

oil soluble antirust wax has the characteristics of easy production and excellent performance, but it is easy to catch fire because it contains a large amount of organic solvents, and a large amount of VOC volatilization is harmful to human health and poor environmental friendliness. The use of it has been banned by environmental protection regulations in some countries. Water soluble antirust wax, mainly composed of basic paraffin, antirust agent, additive, emulsifier and water, with solids of 40% - 60%, produces very little VOC. before wax spraying, the state of the whole machine needs to be checked, especially for long-term stock vehicles, a thorough inspection is required. First, check whether the appearance paint surface of the parts has bumps and scratches, especially the paint surface of the bucket; Secondly, check whether the parts have rusty parts, focusing on the edges and corners of the plate, the end face of the pin shaft, the joint part of the galvanized steel pipe, the hexagonal opposite side of the bolt and nut, the welding place of the steel plate and other parts; Finally, check whether the threaded hole plugs and grease fitting plugs reserved on the whole machine are complete. For the bumped and scratched parts, they should be polished and repainted; The rusted parts shall be polished to metallic luster at the same time, and then repainted; All rusty galvanized parts and standard parts shall be replaced; The missing plugs of threaded holes and grease fittings should be filled

If the wax enters your eyes accidentally, you should immediately wash it with normal saline or flowing water, and get medical attention in time. After wax spraying, the protective clothing should be cleaned in time and should not be worn for a long time

You can mix oil into lithium grease, evenly brush a thin layer on the surface of the piston rod of the cylinder, and then put a special protective sleeve on the outside of the cylinder, which is cut with waterproof cloth, Customized according to the size of various oil cylinders, there are zippers and ties at both ends, which can be easily disassembled. Due to the soft texture of the protective sleeve, one end is fixed at the end of the oil cylinder and the other end is fixed at the top of the piston rod of the oil cylinder, which can expand and contract with the expansion and contraction of the oil cylinder. Practice has proved that this protective measure can effectively protect the cylinder piston rod from corrosion when shipping

Large parts and components are placed in the container, and the cabinet door is closed to form a closed space, which is basically isolated from the external adverse conditions, so there is no need to spray anti rust wax for protection, but some basic protection is still needed

The places where the brackets and large parts contact should be separated by polyurethane pads to prevent damage to the surface coating of parts. Large parts should be wrapped with bubble film to prevent dust accumulation and unnecessary collision damage during packing and transportation.
